Matthew Lammas is a highly experienced engineer specializing in chassis mechanical design, currently working at Verne since December 2022 on autonomous vehicle chassis systems. Previous roles include serving as a Chassis Design Engineer at Arrival, focusing on bus project improvements, and holding multiple positions at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from suspension CAD engineering to leading a chassis design team. Matthew's extensive background includes work at Nonpareil Limited, GE, General Dynamics, and Jaguar Land Rover, encompassing design and project engineering across automotive and military sectors. An educational foundation includes a BSc in Manufacturing and Production Engineering from Coventry University and a BTEC ONC & HNC in Mechanical Engineering from East Warwickshire College.
