Frederick Sanders

Frederick Sanders is a Growth Associate currently with Project A Ventures, a prominent early-stage tech investor in Europe, since October 2023. Prior experience includes growth associate roles at Nordwest Gruppe Solar + Neue Energien and Quix, both in 2024, facilitated through Project A. Frederick has also provided consulting services at hy – the Axel Springer Consulting Group in various capacities and served as an Area Controller for Hermes Germany GmbH. Earlier roles include Sales Operations and Account Management at Zenjob. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Groningen, augmented by international experiences in Taiwan and the United States.
