The Leadership Team at Project Access is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the organization. This team comprises the Chief Mentorship Officer, who oversees mentorship programs and ensures quality guidance for students; the Chief Financial Officer, who manages financial sustainability and budget allocation for global operations; and the Global Director of Talent & Culture (Chief People Officer), who focuses on recruiting, retaining, and nurturing talented volunteers and team members, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. Together, they drive initiatives to break down barriers for underprivileged students aiming for top universities.
