Kriss Baird

Kriss Baird is a General Manager at Project Catalyst, currently scaling a $200M decentralized innovation fund that has supported over 2200 projects worldwide. Previously, Kriss served as Product Owner and later General Manager at Input Output (IOHK), where they drove significant product innovations in the blockchain space. With a rich background spanning over a decade at Eggworm K.K. in project management and marketing, Kriss has also held advisory and leadership roles across various organizations, including Musemio and Innovate UK. Kriss holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Education Entrepreneurship and has participated in executive education programs focused on blockchain technologies.
