Patrick McKinney

Patrick McKinney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and marine estimating. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Project Consulting Services since September 2000, McKinney has previously held key roles including Marine Estimating Manager at J.Ray McDermott and Senior Estimator at OPI Intl Inc. Additionally, McKinney was Vice President of Construction at Williams McWilliams Co., responsible for all offshore operations. McKinney holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tulane University, supplemented by early education at Louisiana State University.
