Tim Armstrong

EVP of National Security & Intelligence Services at Project Enhancement Corporation

Tim is the Vice President in charge of Emergency Planning and Response Services at PEC. He leads PEC’s Technical Support Services to the clients at the National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Emergency Management Enterprise and Counterterrorism and Counterproliferation offices. As a senior leader and executive, Tim is responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and contract requirements.

Tim recently transitioned from the Marine Corps and retired as a Colonel with 30 years of experience in leadership, resource and project management, and Infantry / Special Operations. Tim commanded at all levels and retired as the Chief of Staff of the Marine Corps Training Command. He has extensive knowledge in training and operational support and he has a Master of Arts degree in Military Studies and a Master of Arts degree from the Naval War College in National Security and Strategic Studies.
