Randal 'Tiny' Smith BEM MSc BEng (Hons) CEng FRAeS FInstLM currently serves as the Group Chief Technical Officer at Project EV, where the focus is on transforming businesses and homes with advanced green technology, including key partnerships such as Volvo. In addition, Randal operates an international consultancy, EV, EV Charging and EV Battery Consulting Ltd, specializing in electric vehicle infrastructure and energy storage solutions. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Urban Fox Networks, UK Managing Director at Veny, and various leadership positions at Jaguar Land Rover, including Head of UK Transformation. Randal's early career in the Royal Air Force culminated in the role of Head of Engineering.
