David Billings

David Billings, MS, MBA, is an accomplished professional in the fields of biotechnology and project management. Currently serving as Director at Project Farma since April 2024, David previously held roles at PharmEng Technology as Project Manager - Site Lead and Consultant from June 2020 to April 2024, and at Baebies as a Scientist from February 2017 to June 2020, where David focused on quality engineering and FDA compliance for medical devices. Prior experience includes scientific roles at ScitoVation, The Hamner Institutes for Health Sciences, Livoleo Life Technologies, and a teaching position at North Carolina State University. David's educational background includes a Master's in Microbial Biotechnology and an MBA in Bioscience Administration from North Carolina State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Winthrop University.
