Kathy Johnson, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent management, performance management, and HR operations across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Project Farma, Precision For Medicine, and Precision Medicine Group, Kathy previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at APARAVI, where responsibilities included implementing an HRIS system and evaluating employee benefits. Kathy's experience also encompasses positions at Actalent, EASi, The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Alene Candles, and Worthington Industries, alongside an MBA in Human Resources Management from Franklin University and a B.S. in Secondary Education from Kent State University.
