Karen Downey

Karen Downey is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Philips. Karen has over fifteen years of experience in the recruiting and human resources field.

Karen began their career as a recruiter at The Computer Merchant in 1999. Karen then moved to Hasbro Interactive in 2000, where they served as a recruiter for one year. In 2001, they joined Co-nect / Pearson Education as a recruiter and generalist, where they worked for five years. In 2006, they joined Core2 Business Consulting as a recruiter onsite at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where they worked for four years.

Karen has a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for their companies. Karen is known for their ability to build relationships with candidates and their keen eye for identifying the right fit for open positions. Karen is passionate about their work and takes pride in helping their companies build strong teams.

Karen Downey has earned a MBA from Western New England University and a BA in Business from Saint Anselm College.
