Project Fearless
We're an ANBI status non-profit. Project Fearless is a space for any girl* in Amsterdam and Rotterdam aged 9-14 to get hands-on, break stereotypes, use their voice and create an impact. From Skateboarding to Entrepreneurship, our one-of-a-kind after-school courses encourage girls to explore out of their comfort zones, and to try, fail, brush themselves off and try again. We exist to equip girls with the tools and confidence to succeed on their terms in any aspect of their lives, by plugging the gaps currently left by society. Creating breathing room to shed the labels that are often placed on them, so girls can truly be themselves. Our programs create a supportive, inclusive environment, with room for everyone’s voices and ideas. Encouraging kids to find fun and freedom, leaving the pressures of perfectionism behind. Where they can step inside, shed who they think they “should be”, and figure out who they are instead. Where they can be coached by accessible role models (the see them, be them effect is real) and learn to celebrate each other, without fear of their own success being limited. We are Project Fearless. Welcome! www.projectfearless.org @project.fearless *We're a safe and inclusive community at Project Fearless. We welcome girls aged 9-14 to join our programs, including gender-fluid and polygender people, as well as kids who are discovering their identity.
