Shawn Schlieper is currently working as an RISE Program Manager at Project Genesis, Inc., providing transition services to young adults with disabilities. Prior to this role, Shawn has extensive experience as a Gymnastics Instructor at Dunne's Gymnastics, an Intervention Specialist & Job Coach at EASTCONN, a Case Worker at Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, a Social Worker at the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families, and an Employment Specialist at Goodwill Industries of Western Connecticut. Shawn holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Sacred Heart University.
