Harriet Ghaui

Harriet Ghaui is the Chief Executive Officer and Project Director of Project Giving Back, a grant-making initiative launched in response to the Covid-19 pandemic aimed at funding gardens for charitable causes at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Formerly, Harriet served as a Strategic Advisor, Mentor, and Strategy Director at Wiser, where the focus was on transforming employer branding into a strategic asset for businesses. Additional experience includes roles as Marketing Manager at Superunion, Assistant Director of Programmes at Tusk, and Campaign Manager for For Rangers Adventures. Harriet's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford and a Master's in Philanthropy, Grantmaking and Social Investment being pursued at Bayes Business School.
