Adrian Thomas

Board Member

Adrian Thomas, M.D. serves as the Vice President of Global Strategy, Programs & Policy for Global Public Health and Global Head of Health Economics & Market Access Medical Devices at Johnson & Johnson since January 2016. Thomas is also a board member for AMR Industry Alliance, Stop TB Partnership, and Project HOPE, with the role of Chair, Private Sector Constituency for Stop TB Partnership, all since 2018-2019. As a Fellow at The Aspen Institute since June 2013, Thomas participates in the First Mover Fellowship within the Business & Society Program. Previous roles at Johnson & Johnson included Vice President positions overseeing Global Market Access and Safety Sciences from 2001 to 2016. Thomas holds an FRACP in vascular medicine and clinical pharmacology from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and an MBBS in medicine from the University of Melbourne.
