Alex Swanson

Alex Swanson has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. They began their career as a Technical Consultant at BCforward, where they provided Wintel/Linux coverage for airline applications at HP. They were responsible for managing severity calls, investigating and resolving issues, and assisting with root cause analysis. After that, they worked as an IT Manager at Nameplates, Inc., where they managed various aspects of the existing infrastructure and deployed applications and infrastructure. Additionally, they created and implemented policies related to information security and conducted user training. Following this, they joined Simmons Foods as a Technical Support Specialist, where they focused on creating automated software deployments and designing solutions to expedite resolution in a fast-paced environment. Currently, Alex is working as a Linux Cloud Engineer at Project Hosts, Inc.

Alex Swanson began their education in 2008 at ITT Technical Institute, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Network Systems. This educational journey lasted until 2010. Following the completion of their Associate's degree, Alex continued their studies at ITT Technical Institute and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Security from 2010 to 2012.
