Justin Courville, PE, PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. As the Founder and President of Project JRC since October 2015, Justin has focused on driving value creation through strategic project management and team leadership. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Stonewall Consulting LLC, where project and team management were key responsibilities, and Senior Mechanical Engineer at WMD SQUARED, overseeing diverse projects from saturation dive equipment to fluid flow analysis. Justin also has significant experience from positions at Southcoast Engineering Solutions, CAD Control Systems, and Frank's Casing Crew & Rental Tools, Inc., where complex project engineering for prominent clients like Shell and BP was performed. Holding an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, along with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Justin showcases a strong educational foundation to complement a robust career dedicated to innovation and excellence in engineering.
