Kyle Kelley

Kyle Kelley is a Principal Engineer at Anaconda, Inc. since August 2024, with extensive experience in the open-source community as a Maintainer for Project Jupyter since 2013. As the Project Lead Developer at nteract since July 2015, Kyle has demonstrated leadership and technical expertise in open-source development. Kyle founded Wharf Labs in early 2024, aiming to empower the next generation of scientists. Prior roles include Chief Architect at Noteable (April 2021 - December 2023), where Kyle delivered innovative features for collaborative notebooks, and Senior Software Engineer at Netflix (May 2016 - February 2021), focusing on enabling advanced data analysis. Additional experience includes software development at Rackspace and applied mathematics with the United States Department of Defense. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Colorado State University.
