Alan Veach

Alan Veach serves as the Senior Vice President of Organizational Learning and Development at Project Lead The Way since October 2021, where responsibilities include designing and implementing the vision and operational delivery plan for learning and development strategies. Prior to this role, Alan held various positions at New Tech Network, including Director of Sales Enablement, Training and Coaching and Director of District and School Development, focusing on growth and support in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Arkansas. As a founding principal of Bloomington New Tech High School from 2008 to 2012, Alan established a 21st-century learning environment based on the New Tech model. Earlier, Alan served as Assistant Principal at Bloomington High School South from 2004 to 2008, overseeing teacher evaluation, scheduling, discipline, and standardized testing. Alan holds an Administrative License in Educational Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Indiana State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science Education from Purdue University.
