Taylor Baldwin has over a decade of experience in education, starting as a Technology Education Teacher in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in 2010. They then moved on to Buncombe County Schools, where they served as a Career Development Coordinator and later as the Career & Technical Education Director. After that, they worked in Asheville City Schools as the Career & Technical Education Director before becoming the Director of School Success at Project Lead The Way in 2023.
Taylor Baldwin received a High School Diploma from Reynolds High School in 2005. They then attended Appalachian State University from 2005 to 2007. Taylor later completed a Bachelor's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from North Carolina State University from 2007 to 2009. In 2012-2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Gardner-Webb University.
