Paul Fehlinger

Paul Fehlinger is an accomplished professional in the fields of policy, governance, and innovation, currently serving as the Director of Policy, Governance Innovation & Impact at Project Liberty since March 2023. In this role, Fehlinger leads global strategic engagement with limited partners and venture capitalists on Responsible AI and Data. Additionally, Fehlinger holds multiple affiliations, including a position as an Affiliate at Harvard University’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society and as a Senior Fellow at Hertie School. Notably, Fehlinger co-founded the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network, significantly impacting global digital economy policies. Fehlinger's prior engagements include roles within the Freedom Online Coalition, the Global Commission on Internet Governance, and the World Economic Forum. Education includes a Master's in International Relations from Sciences Po and participation in a venture program at the London Business School.
