Sarah Nicole is an experienced policy and research professional with expertise in governance, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Currently serving as Policy & Research Manager - Governance Lead at Project Liberty since August 2022, Sarah has progressed through various roles including Policy & Research Senior Associate and Associate. Previous experience includes working as an Emerging Technologies Analyst at CyberPeace Institute and a Government Affairs Specialist focusing on cybersecurity at Microsoft. Additional roles include Government Affairs and Program Development Associate at Huawei, Policy Analyst at France Digitale, and Youth Ambassador for French Civic Involvement with the U.S. Department of State. Sarah holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in European Affairs from Sciences Po and a Master's in International Relations from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, complemented by executive education in Quantum Computing from MIT xPRO.
