Shika Carter

Shika Carter has extensive experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as the Managing Principal at L.M. Carter Consulting, Inc. since 2002. In addition to this role, Shika is a Trainer at Project Management Academy and a Seminar Leader at the Project Management Institute, both since 2015 and 2013 respectively. Previous positions include serving as a Program Management Consultant for Technology Infrastructure & Operations at MARTA, a QA Management Consultant at CGI, and a Business Analysis/Project Management Consultant at AT&T. Shika holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Georgia Southern University and studied at The University of Georgia from 1991 to 1995.
