Brett 'SKIPPER' Clark, PMI PMP®, currently serves as the Director of Analyses, Lessons Learned, Continuous Improvement/Innovation at the Air Force Civilian Service, a position held since November 2017, where dual responsibilities include the Deputy Director role. Clark is responsible for strategic integration and transformation initiatives impacting senior leadership within the Air Force Reserve Command. With over 25 years of military experience in the United States Air Force, notable achievements include multiple national awards related to airmanship and operations during significant military campaigns. Clark also holds a PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute and has held previous roles in policy analysis and strategic consultation with Leidos and SAIC.
