Erica Grenfell

Erica Grenfell, CAPM®, has extensive experience in project management and team leadership, currently serving as Partner Success Manager at the Project Management Institute since June 2015 and co-chairing the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group. Previously, Erica held the position of Shift Supervisor at CVS Health from May 2007 to March 2015, where responsibilities included training and overseeing over 20 employees, managing inventory shrink reduction, handling financial transactions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Drexel University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Delaware County Community College.
