Jasmine Rodgers

Jasmine Rodgers, MS, currently serves as a Customer Experience Service Designer at the Project Management Institute since June 2022 and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated since December 2021. Previously, Jasmine worked as a Human Centered Design Researcher at Noblis and as a UX Design Specialist at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included eliciting business goals and user needs and creating personas, task models, and journey maps. Jasmine's early career involved significant contributions as Assistant Library Manager and Librarian III at Baltimore County Public Library, managing staff and evaluating performance. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Bowie State University, a Master of Science in Library Science from PennWest Clarion, and a Master of Science in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management focusing on User Experience Design from Kent State University.
