Karen Leila Micah

Karen Leila Micah currently serves as the Director of Channel Partnerships at the Project Management Institute since January 2020, overseeing the organization's strategy for global channels of consulting partners and resellers. Previously, Karen held various roles at Oracle from February 2016 to September 2019, including Manager of Global Channel Sales and Corporate Relations Manager, focusing on client satisfaction and expanding the Oracle services client base. Additionally, experience at IBM spanned from July 2012 to January 2016, where responsibilities included account management and channel development in the financial sector. Early career roles include positions at GLICO Life Insurance, ACTIVE 8 SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED, and Barclays Corporate Banking. Karen holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a BSC in Business with a major in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana.
