Rachael Ballard

Rachael Heintz (Ballard) currently serves as the Manager of Corporate & Business Communications and previously held the position of Public Relations Specialist at the Project Management Institute since July 2019. Prior to joining this organization, Rachael worked at KEH Communications from August 2012 to May 2019, starting as an Account Coordinator and advancing to Account Executive, where responsibilities included managing multiple accounts and creating various content forms to highlight client achievements. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2012.
