Serge Kuptsov PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP is a highly experienced professional in project management and production planning, currently serving as a Senior Production Planner at Blue Origin since February 2021. In addition to roles in the Project Management Institute as Social Media Director for the PMI Space Coast Chapter and as Web and Multimedia Manager for the Coalition for Deep Space Exploration, Serge has held significant positions at NASA, including Master Planner for the Commercial Crew Program, where responsibilities included coordinating development of commercial crew vehicles with major stakeholders. Other notable positions include Project Manager at the Center for the Advancement of Science In Space, software development project management roles at BTM Team/WOW Tours serving Fortune 500 clients, and senior IT management at organizations such as Winrock International and ACDI/VOCA.
