Adam Zagorin is a project-based writer and journalist with experience at Ex-Time Inc and the Project On Government Oversight. Adam has served as a Senior Fellow and Journalist-in-Residence at POGO since June 2009. In addition to writing and consulting on investigative projects for POGO, Adam also contributes to publications such as TIME, Newsweek, Foreign Policy, and The Baffler. Project on Government Oversight (POGO) is an independent non-profit organization that aims for a more accountable, open, and ethical federal government. The organization investigates and exposes corruption and other misconduct; launches dependent investigations into cases that meet POGO guidelines; conducts research and works with whistleblowersand other insiders to investigate tips and document findings; recommends common-sense solutions for positive change; educates media and the public of findings and empowers the public to act; works with government officials to implement systemic policy improvements; and so on.POGO was founded in 1981 and is based in Washington, D.C.
