Allen McNair

Allen McNair is a multifaceted poet and visual artist currently creating, promoting, and selling art through Project Onward since December 2018. Allen has an extensive background in writing and illustration, exemplified by the self-published book "I Dream of A'maresh." With previous roles at Mariano's Fresh Market as a general service and utility worker, Allen also contributed to volunteer efforts at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and served as a public speaker for the National Alliance on Mental Illness Metro Suburban. Academically, Allen is pursuing a Master's in Cinematography and Film/Video Production at DePaul University, building on earlier studies in playwriting, humanities, and Vedic science at various institutions including Bard College and Maharishi University of Management.
