School Based Occupational Therapist at Project Play Therapy

Megan Chant, MS, OTR/L, is a skilled occupational therapist currently serving as a School-Based Occupational Therapist at Project Play Therapy since November 2022, where responsibilities include evaluation and therapy for children with motor and sensory delays and collaboration in IEP development. Megan gained earlier experience as a Level II Fieldwork Student at BenchMark Physical Therapy and Ascension Hospital, conducting evaluations and administering therapy for various patient populations, including those with upper extremity injuries and medically complex conditions. Previous roles include restorative therapy for older adults at Addington Place, assessments at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, and programming development for seniors during therapeutic recreation field placements. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Grand Valley State University.
