Adrian De La Rosa currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Project Recover since January 2024. Previously, Adrian held multiple roles at Central Oregon Veterans Ranch, including Co-Executive Director, Site Director, and Operations and Program Manager from November 2021 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes supervision of clinic operations at Mosaic Medical, work as a Bonding Technician at Epic Aircraft, and service as a Camper Technician at Host Industries. Adrian's career also features positions such as Rain Gutter Installer at San Diego Rain Gutters, Customer Service Representative at Prudential Overall Supply, Sales Representative at Limitless Marketing, Inc., and Motor Transportation Operator with the Marine Corps Recruiting. Adrian is pursuing a degree in Graphic Design at Saginaw Valley State University, with studies ongoing since 2011.

Project Recover’s vision is: (i) to repatriate every American service member who has not come home through research, searches, recoveries and other methodologies; (ii) to provide information and closure to the families of service members; (iii) to provide a platform to educate the public on the importance of service to one’s country; and (iv) to provide unique educational opportunities in the areas of science, technology, history, leadership, public service and diplomacy to a committed student audience, in conjunction with Project Recover’s mission, in order to provide a real world application to students and further educate the public.
