Steve Phillips

Steve Phillips, MPH, is an experienced healthcare administrator with a strong focus on clinical operations and management in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at Project Renewal since October 2022, Steve oversees the operations of Article 28 and Federally Qualified Health Centers, as well as mobile medical vans delivering a range of health services. Previous roles include Vice President of Health Services at Harlem United, Assistant Director at NYC Health + Hospitals, and Senior Administrator of Primary Care Services at Acacia Network. Steve holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Hunter College and an Executive Management Certificate from CUNY Hostos Community College, complementing a robust background in improving access to quality care across diverse populations.
