Deborah Otenbaker

Deborah Otenbaker, RN, is an accomplished leader in healthcare administration with extensive experience in ambulatory surgical centers. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Regent Surgical Health since November 2023, Otenbaker previously held the roles of Administrator and Executive Director at Lakes Surgery Center from August 2021 to December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Michigan Institute for Advanced Surgery Center, LLC from August 2011 to June 2021, and Team Lead Manager at Surgery Center at Health Park LLC from August 2006 to August 2011. Otenbaker has demonstrated expertise in surgical advancements and technology, as well as in managing the development, planning, and operations of multi-specialty surgical facilities. Otenbaker graduated from Georgian College in June 1991.
