Libby Viera-Bland, AICP is the Director of Neighborhood Development and Community Enrichment Initiatives at Project Row Houses. They also hold the position of Commissioner for the City of Houston's Planning Commission and serve as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bayou City Waterkeeper. Libby has experience as a Senior Planner and Urban Designer at Asakura Robinson and has worked as a Social Practice Artist at various organizations. They hold a Master's degree in Architecture and City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Libby's work focuses on affordable housing, community development, and fostering collaboration for just and thriving communities.
