Eli Phillips

Eli Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2017, they worked as an Installer at Noorda BEC. The following year, they transitioned to the tourism industry and became a Driver Guide at Holland America - Princess, where they worked until 2019. In that same year, they began working at Brigham Young University as a Course-Embedded Consultant at their research and writing center. During this time, they also served as a Writing Consultant at the Research and Writing Center at BYU. Most recently, Eli joined Project Solar in 2022, first as a Support Team Lead, then as a Customer Support Manager, and currently holds the role of Knowledge Base and Analytics Manager.

Eli Phillips attended Brigham Young University from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on General studies. Furthermore, in November 2022, Eli obtained a certification in Explore/Analytics from Zendesk.
