Tinjin P Chang has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology field. Tinjin P started their career as a Customer Service Engineer at Digicard International in 1992 and later held positions such as Senior Unix System Administrator at I-Net in 1994 and Senior UNIX & Informix Administrator at Legato Systems in 1995. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Sr. UNIX SysAdmin/Network Engineer at Lombard/Discover Brokerage. Tinjin then joined Chesapeake Computer Consultants as a Senior Network Consultant from 1998 to 2001.

In 2002, Tinjin became the Director of Training & Certification at Riverstone Networks and later joined Cisco as a CCIE Bootcamp Dictastructor in 2003. Tinjin P worked at Cisco until 2005. Tinjin's experience also includes working as an Enterprise Network Architect at West Corporation from 2013 to 2014.
