Khary Jackson has extensive experience in educational program development, particularly in the field of theater. Since September 2015, Khary has served as the Curriculum Manager for Theater Experiences at Project Success, following a role as Theater Curriculum Associate. Prior to this position, Khary worked at Playworks from August 2010 to July 2015, where responsibilities included serving as Program Manager and Program Coordinator. This diverse background highlights a strong commitment to enhancing educational experiences through innovative curriculum design and management.

For nearly 30 years, Project Success has been transforming thousands of students’ lives through a proven model of innovative experience learning. Over the course of seven years — beginning in grade 6 and continuing through grade 12 — we engage students in-class through a facilitated curriculum and through local-to-global expeditions, arts programming, and skills-based certificates. Project Success serves more than 15,000 students in every Minneapolis public middle and high school each year.
