Traci Forsyth

Traci Forsyth is an experienced professional in the field of social work, currently serving as Program Director and Social Worker at Project Transition since November 2020. Responsibilities include linking community members to resources, conducting weekly case management, crisis management, and facilitating psychoeducational groups. Prior experience includes roles as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor, where case management and individual counseling were provided, and as a Residential Advisor and Case Manager Intern at the Helen Ross McNabb Center, focusing on the homeless community. Traci also has experience in general labor, having worked at PRODEMO, and in customer service as a Swing Manager at McDonald's.
