Edwin Evans

Edwin Evans has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Edwin started their career in 1994 at Oracle, where they worked as a Software Engineer on the Oracle Installer. Edwin then moved on to Aveo, where they worked as a Software Engineer and developed software for PCs. In 2000, they became a Senior Software Engineer at KLA-Tencor, where they designed and implemented a platform for optimizing wafer inspection parameters.

From 2005 to 2007, Edwin worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Good Technology, where they developed a mobile email/calendar/contacts/tasks application. During this time, they also led a team in India and played a significant role in the acquisition of Good Technology by Motorola. At Motorola, they continued as a Principal Software Engineer and developed software for the first Android-based G1 phone.

In 2010, Edwin founded Quinly, a company that developed apps for mobile devices and Facebook. Edwin then joined Linc-Global in 2011 as a Technical Cofounder. During their time at Linc-Global, they worked closely with the CEO and team on product definition and created an Android app for customer inquiries.

Most recently, Edwin joined Project Waste Not, Inc. in 2017 as the CTO.

Edwin Evans obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, where they studied from 1991 to 1994.
