Ian Kinney

Ian Kinney is an experienced professional in the audio-visual industry, currently serving as the Director at Projection since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ian worked as an Account Manager at VCI Event Technology from October 2019 to August 2021, and held the position of Associate Project Manager at PSAV from May 2014 to October 2019. Earlier in their career, Ian operated as a Freelance Audio Visual Engineer with various companies including AV Metro, Projection Audio Visual, and V3 Labor Coordinators, and also contributed as an Engineer for Don't Wonder Productions. Ian's expertise dates back to their role as Audio Visual Director at Five-Star Audio Visual and as an Installation Technician/Programmer at AudioVision InCorp. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Appalachian State University and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute.
