Joaquim Fenollosa is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in engineering, project management, and urban planning. Serving as President and CEO of PROJECTS & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SL since February 1999, Joaquim has previously held significant roles including General Manager at Muelles y Espacios Portuarios, S.A. and at the Autoritat del Transport Metropolita, overseeing transport operations in Barcelona. Joaquim also contributed as a member of the AQPE from 2014 to 2016 and played key roles in the development of the Olympic Village for the 1992 Olympic Games through management positions at Nova Icaria, S.A. and Vila Olímpica, S.A. Educational qualifications include a PADE from IESE Business School, an MBA from Esade, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña.
