Khalid Ragab

Khalid Ragab is an accomplished architect and project manager with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Projects Holding Company W.L.L. since September 2020, Khalid previously held prominent roles, including Head of Corporate Real Estate at United Arab Bank, where responsibilities included managing the bank's properties and real estate assets. Khalid has successfully overseen significant project finance risks at multiple institutions, including First Gulf Bank, where management of AED 31 Billion in construction projects was a key achievement. Early career milestones involved leading teams in architectural projects at KEO International Consultants and Associated Consulting Engineers, showcasing a solid foundation in both design and supervision. Khalid holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Khartoum and has contributed to various public works and airport designs in Sudan.
