Lisa Lyons, PHR, SHRM-SCP has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Lisa started their career as a Training Coordinator at Trimble Navigation in 2004. Lisa then moved on to work as a Human Resource Manager at Jack's Aquarium & Pets from 2005 to 2008. Lisa then joined Excellence In Motivation (EIM) as a Senior HR Generalist, where they were responsible for recruiting, compensation, training, and benefit plan administration. In 2012, Lisa became an HR Business Partner at Aimia, Incorporating EIM, where they partnered with leaders to provide HR support, manage employee relations, and execute HR integration projects. Since 2015, Lisa has been working as the Director of Human Resources at Projects Unlimited Inc.
Lisa Lyons, PHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Wright State University. Lisa has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in November 2019.
