Lisa Lyons, PHR, SHRM-SCP

Lisa Lyons, PHR, SHRM-SCP has a wealth of work experience in the Human Resources field. Lisa began their career in 2004 as a Training Coordinator at Trimble Navigation. In 2005, they moved to Jack's Aquarium & Pets as the Human Resource Manager. In 2008, they joined Excellence In Motivation (EIM) as a Senior HR Generalist, where they were responsible for recruiting & staffing, compensation & payroll, training & development, and benefit plan design and administration. In 2012, they became an HR Business Partner at Aimia, Incorporating EIM, partnering with leaders across the two largest operational areas within the Aimia US Region and providing day to day employee relations support and performance coaching. In 2015, they were appointed Director of Human Resources at Projects Unlimited Inc.

Lisa Lyons obtained their Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Wright State University. Lisa has also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, as well as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2019.
