Enrico Federico started working at Total Connect in 2012 as a Lead Generator until January 2014. From January 2014 to July 2014, they worked as a Certify Officer at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ). Enrico then joined Stuff as a Digital Support Technician in October 2014 and continued in that role until October 2018.

In 2018, Enrico joined Spark New Zealand and held various roles. Enrico started as a Monitor and Response Engineer in October 2018 and worked in that position until June 2019. From June 2019 to August 2019, they served as a Deployment Engineer. In November 2019, they became a Deployment Technical Lead for a short period of time.
