Paul Papali

Paul Papali has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the engineering and pharmaceutical industries. Paul is currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at ProKidney Corp. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Andelyn Biosciences for two years. From 2014 to 2021, they held the position of Senior Manager at American Regent, Inc. Before that, Paul worked at Alkermes as an Associate Director, where they were responsible for process engineering support and maintenance of aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Paul also has experience at Hoffmann-La Roche, AgfaPhoto, FMC, and ICI Americas, where they held engineering roles and gained expertise in areas such as maintenance, project management, process development, and polymer engineering.

Paul Papali graduated from Yale University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Paul also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Xavier University. Prior to attending Yale, they received a Regents Diploma from FHS in 1984.
