Menno Adema

Menno Adema is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business control and strategy development. Currently serving as Senior Business Controller at Prokino Kinderopvang since 2024, Menno has held similar senior roles at VvAA from 2021 to 2023 and has a solid background in corporate strategy as a Corporate Strategist at Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland B.V. from 2014 to 2018. Previous positions include Manager Financial Projects at Crédit Agricole, where financial project control was enhanced, and Senior Project Manager at Syntrus Achmea, focusing on crisis management and project delivery. Menno began professional career at ArboNed N.V., where significant contributions were made as both Senior Manager ICT and Senior Business Controller, optimizing business processes and financial performance. Menno holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Hogeschool Utrecht.
