Christos Vellios is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across various global organizations. Currently serving as FP&A Senior Business Controller in Corporate Controlling at B&R Industrial Automation since October 2023, Christos previously held several key positions at Alcon from December 2015 to April 2023, including Associate Director for Global Business Planning and Analysis, Finance Manager for Transformation, and Cluster CFO for the Middle East. Notable achievements at Alcon encompass leading P&L consolidation for significant revenues and driving finance transformation initiatives. Prior experience at Novartis Pharma spanned over a decade and included roles such as Country CFO and Head Finance for Malaria Initiatives, where strategic planning and financial process optimizations were implemented. Christos holds a Master's in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business, a Bachelor's in Physics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Economics from Open University of Cyprus.
