Deborah Glenn

Deborah Glenn has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and consulting. Deborah is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Deborah Glenn Consulting, where they partner with leaders of various organizations to align their people strategy with their business strategy. Deborah has led multiple organization transformation projects for a global retailer and organizational effectiveness initiatives for a social media platform.

Deborah also has experience with ProKo Agency Inc, where they served as VP Talent and Principal Consultant. In these roles, they matched ProKo's consultants to client projects and provided services in organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement.

Additionally, they have worked with companies such as Nike, Gap Inc., Levi Strauss & Co., Pepsi Bottling Group, PwC, Consulate General of Israel New York, and New York Magazine in various roles related to organizational development, communications, and production editing.

Deborah currently works at HuWork, where they focus on helping talented individuals improve their results and happiness, while also assisting organizations in becoming desirable places to work.

Deborah Glenn holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from UCLA, which they received from 1989 to 1994. Deborah then pursued higher education at Columbia University, earning a Master's degree in Middle East Affairs from Columbia | SIPA from 1998 to 2001. During the same period, they also obtained an MBA in OD & HR Management from Columbia Business School. In 2017, Deborah received certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
